Shipping Information:
Every Effort is made to ship your order in 1-4 weeks unless otherwise stated. Our standard method of shipment is UPS. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost. This will be added to your invoice at the time of billing.

Terms:
First time orders must be pre-paid in full. We accept all major credit cards. Net 30 is available on reorders with approved credit. Customers must have a credit application on file. Finance charges--Over 60 days 5%, over 90 days 5% and over 120 days 10% with a 7 day notice to be turned over to collections. There is a $20.00 fee on all returned checks.

Wholesale orders may be directly placed online through wholesalecrafts.com. This
is a site featuring American Artists. You can order from any of the 1200 artists
listed after you subscribe. There is no cost to join.
We now have a wholesale price list for this retail site. We can fax or mail it to you.
We no longer offer a catalogue.

Damage Claims:
Report any damage immediately to us and the carrier. You must retain the original packaging material, in order for us to assist you with your claim. When we receive notice we will ship out a replacement as soon as possible. No refunds will be made after 30 days.

Instruction for Spring Pieces:
Our spring pieces come shipped flat so they will not become tangled. They are a very easy spring. Stand over the piece with the animal parallel to your body. Place your feet on the outside rings, pull animal directly up for about 6 inches, then let it fall back down. Move feet to cover the two outside rings, pull animal up again and let fall. Move feet to third ring and pull up again about 3 inches. Adjust rings until animal is straight  up and down. The spring should be sprung about 4 inches total.
